TopJTAG is a small company dedicated to producing boundary-scan (JTAG) based software tools for electronic design engineers. We aim to provide high-quality user-friendly software at an affordable price.

Introduced in 2007, our first product was Scanseer — software for boundary-scan-based circuit debugging. Following the release of our second product in 2009, a boundary-scan-based indirect flash programmer, Scanseer was renamed as TopJTAG Probe to group all our products under the same TopJTAG brand.
